WELCOME

It was in May 1974, right after the 'April 25 revolution', that we launched the first stone of this business group through the 'João Lagos Tennis School' name too pompous for the substrate which then represented: myself with a racket and a bucket of tennis balls.

This was the starting point towards the achievement of some dreams, then confined to the tennis world and strongly marked by my journey as an athlete, basically based on three pillars: the development of an Academy for training of players and support for high competition, Portugal enter the elite world tour... and a large complex where he could sedear this great event and the Academy. Gradually and naturally, the scope of these goals is no longer an exclusive to pour tennis sport in general, and the mission of pioneering which then embraced widened to other projects and arrangements, always with the backdrop of the national interest, with a strong focus on promoting the country's image abroad.

Since tennis (Estoril Open and Masters Cup Lisboa 2000) to golf (Open de Portugal Madeira Island Open, Estoril Senior Tour), motor sport (Lisbon-Dakar Rally and Pax Team Lagos) to the cycling (Tour of Portugal and team cycling Benfica) of powerboats (Lisbon Grand Prix), Sailing (Portugal Trophy and Volvo Ocean Race), surfing (WCT Figueira Pro) to the beach sports (World Tour Beach Volleyball and Beach-Games), rugby (European Sevens) to equestrian (CSIOL and Equestrian Gala), many have been the events where we made 'Premium' arrangements of high international visibility, which has come to consolidate our image as leaders in the organization of sports events.
